On Friday, April 28, 2017, the winners were announced for Freedom To Create II--the second annual all-state elementary and middle school art competition.  This competition, in its second year, is a joint project of the Kentucky Art Educators Association and the Creative Art League.  Over 150 people attended the closing reception and awards ceremony.  The winners were for elementary were:
